What are your urns made of?
Our urns are made from metal to resist damage and protect the memories of your loved ones.
Do you Ship outside of the United States?
Yes, however if you are ordering from outside the lower 48 states and Canada, please email us at [email protected] for shipping costs and method of shipment.
Why are there Two Different Sizes?
The larger size is for adults, and the smaller size is for children. The smaller size can also used for pets.
How Does the Urn Open?
The urns open from the bottom with a threaded plug.
How Do I Handle Damaged Merchandise?
If your order arrives with signs of packaging damage, please inspect all contents and check for damages. Should your cremation urn be damaged through shipping, please save all packing materials and boxes for shipper inspection. UPS only allows 10 days to file a claim for damaged orders. It is very important that we follow UPS guidelines for damaged items.
Please contact UPS immediately if your order has arrived damaged.
Do You Have a Return Policy?
Yes. You may return any non-personalized or non-customized urn in its original condition for a refund, less actual shipping and handling cost within 15 days of receipt of your order. You must contact us prior to retuning your cremation urn. For your protection we suggest you use UPS to return your package. We do not accept UPS Collect returns; you must prepay the return.
Am I Permitted to Return a Custom Designed Urn?
We are sorry but we can only accept a personalized cremation urn if we have made an error in the order. We will correct the error and return the cremation urn at no extra charge. If you made a mistake when providing us with the information, we will correct the error for an additional fee. Please be sure to double-check any personalized request to insure your complete satisfaction.
